2001 Annual Report
The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City has published its 2001 annual report
featuring a message from President Thomas M. Hoenig focusing on the Federal
Reserve's response to the tragic events of September 11 and the regional
Bank's role in the Federal Reserve System.
The report also includes information about the Bank's
management committee, board, advisory councils, officers, and the annual
financial report.
The Bank is one of 12 regional arms of the Federal Reserve
with responsibilities in monetary policy, banking supervision, and financial
and Treasury services. The Bank and its branches in Denver, Oklahoma City and
Omaha serve the Tenth Federal Reserve District: Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska,
Oklahoma, Wyoming, northern New Mexico and the western third of Missouri.
