FEDERAL RESERVE ANNOUNCES
OKLAHOMA CITY BRANCH BOARD APPOINTMENT

Robert R. Gilbert, III, president, chief operating officer and director of The F&M Bank & Trust Company, Tulsa, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Oklahoma City Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. He was appointed by the Kansas City Board to replace Betty Bryant Shaull, president-elect and director, Bank of Cushing and Trust Company, Cushing, who has served two three-year terms.

Gilbert has been with The F&M Bank since 1996, and has been actively involved in banking in Tulsa, Dallas, and Oklahoma City since 1965.

Other members of the seven-member board include Patricia B. Fennell, executive director, Latino Community Development Agency, Oklahoma City; Robert A. Funk, chairman of the board and CEO, Express Personnel Services International, Oklahoma City; J. Clifford Hudson, chairman of the board and CEO of Sonic Corp., Oklahoma City; W. Carlisle Mabrey III, president and CEO, Citizens Bank & Trust Company, Okmulgee, OK; Russell W. Teubner, founder and director, Esker, Inc., Stillwater, OK. One position remains open.

The Oklahoma City Branch is one of the three branches of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. The Branch board is comprised of seven directors, four of whom are appointed by the Kansas City Reserve Bank's board of directors; the remaining three are appointed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in Washington, D.C. Branch directors meet monthly in Oklahoma City to confer on economic and financial developments and operating matters.
