Jun Nie joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City
in June 2009 as an Economist in the Economic Research Department.
His current research focuses on wealth inequality and the effects of
different labor market policies on unemployment, employment and
productivity. He received his M.A. (2007) and Ph.D. (2009) from
New York University. He received his Bachelor Degree in Economics
and a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics from Wuhan University.
