Registration is available online. The registration fee for the conference is $45 per guest and should be paid in advance. Acceptable payment methods include check/money order, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) and purchase orders. Check/money orders and purchase orders should be made to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Refunds will be made if cancellation is received prior to October 16, 2009. |
