| We are pleased to invite you to the 11th Annual Meeting of the Midwest Econometrics Group in Kansas City, Missouri. The meeting is being hosted by the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and will begin Friday, October 19 at 1:00 p.m. On Friday all the sessions and the dinner meeting will be held at the Marriott Hotel on the Plaza. On Saturday, all sessions will be held at the Federal Reserve Bank and run from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. A block of rooms is being held for Thursday and Friday nights at the Marriott- KC/Country Club Plaza. The rooms are $129 per night for a single or $139 for a double. Make your reservations directly with the hotel, (800) 810-3708 or (816) 531-3000. These rates will be held until Friday, October 5, 2001, so please make your reservations early. Intended audience: MEG members and invitees. As in previous years, there is no registration fee, but participants must pay for their own accommodations and travel. If you plan to attend this meeting registrations must be received by August 3, 2001.
