Jun Nie joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City in June 2009 as an Economist in the Economic Research Department. He received his M.A. (2007) and Ph.D. (2009) from New York University. He also received a Bachelor Degree in Economics and one in Mathematics from Wuhan University. His current research focuses on studying the effects of robustness and rational inattention on small open economies, wealth inequality and the effects of different labor market policies on unemployment, employment and productivity. |
