glennis.mcclure@kc.frb.org Glennis McClure is a Senior Community Affairs Advisor with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Omaha Branch. In this role, she leads branch efforts to promote small business/entrepreneurship development, financial education and affordable housing in Nebraska. Prior to joining the Federal Reserve Bank in September of 2006, Ms. McClure co-directed the Rural Enterprise Assistance Project and REAP Women’s Business Center of the Center for Rural Affairs, based in Lyons, Nebraska. In this role, she helped operate one of the largest rural based full-service microenterprise programs in the country and the only SBA funded Women’s Business Center in Nebraska. She has also served as a farm business consultant for the Nebraska Farm Business Association, and was the Technical Preparation ("Tech Prep") Program Director at Southeast Community College. Ms. McClure holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics, and a Masters of Arts in Adult and Continuing Education from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. She helps with the records and management of her family farm partnership with her husband Ed and family near Blue Springs, Nebraska. |
