Nada Mora is an Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.  She joined the Bank in May 2009.  Her research currently focuses on asymmetric information in the syndicated loan market.  She has also studied the effect of bank credit on real estate prices, the implications of dollarization on bank lending and firms access to finance, and the role of sovereign credit ratings.  She received her Ph.D. in economics from MIT in 2003, and was an assistant professor at the American University of Beirut, and an economist at the Bank of England.
